Tery  began her career eleven years   ago as a single Mother not receiving child support. Life had gone from comfortable, as a self employed Mother,  to financially broke and a bitter custody battle for her youngest son. With no money to hire an attorney, she knew she had to learn the legal ins and outs of representing herself "Pro Se". After learning how to prepare legal documents, she would file her own responses, pleadings and draft letters to the opposing attorney's. When the time came for trial, she retained an attorney to represent her.

Financially, the divorce/custody matter cost her thousands and thousands. There wasn't anything financially left to raise a family and she was starting all over again at 35. Her tenacity and strong desire to provide well for her children lead her to investigations. In 1999 she launched a website (Deadbeat Dad/Mom Finders)directed towards assisting custodial parents in locating non-paying,
noncustodial parents "Deadbeats"  for child support  collection. in 2000 she became a Licensed Private Investigator, and today, she locates "Deadbeat Parents" Nationwide for child support enforcement. She has been featured on NBC, Discovery and FOX as well as in newspapers across the country.

Today, Tery has 11 years of paralegal and legal document preparation experience with over 6 years of formal training.
